Your best bet, especially if you can’t eat PROPERLY - and even if you can, is to improve your immediate environment. By this, I mean improve lighting quality (yellow light is good?), air quality (see all the dust in the air when dust comes in through the window?), water quality… And so on. These things CAN be addressed, but people don’t generally care and don’t want to believe the answers exist - or they cost too much in most peoples mind set.
it’s very hard for people (mislead people, that aren’t yet aware of all the crap going on with the American Medical Association) to second guess what their doctor tells them… because if they don’t do as the doctor say’s, and something were bad to happen (in this case, with their child) - they’d feel guilty. so the best thing we can do for now is to make people aware, and to make the info readily available to them so that when they’re ready to learn - all they gotta do is open their eyes :)
A fairly close friend of mine whose intelligent I THOUGHT I always envied, just informed me that she allowed doctors to talk her into putting her EIGHT YEAR OLD SON on a statin drug. Western civilization is surely doomed.
