Why do Republicans promote privatization of Profits, but the Socialization of Loss for big Business?

I agree that both parties do that yes.

I am just focused on Republicans because the Republican Candidates I support like Ron Paul, and Bob Dole are treated poorly by their base.

Both parties favor that.

You do realize that the companies are legally obliged to pay the government back in interest, right?

That’s what Obama does.

He doesn’t want to redistribute the $5 million he earned last year.

Republicans voted against the bailouts, Democrats voted for it.

They don’t. An example of this would be Fannie and Freddie, which are Democrat goldmines.

Wow. We agree on something.

Except the dems are in bed with big business as well.

We have socialism for the poor and socialism for the uber-rich.

Small business and the middle class gets it in the @ss.

Watch Generation Zero

Both parties do this.

Really ?

I seem to remember the republicans in Congress voting against the bailouts

They wanted to let Wall Street, GM and Crysler fail

It was the democrats who wanted to save their wall street and auto buddies.

Welfare for the rich - Yes ! Ca-ching!

I don’t know what privatization of Profits means.

I am in favor of privatizing government services.

Private security companies
Private Fire Protection companies
Private parcel/mail delivery companies
Private roads
Private schools
Private hospitals
Private transit

All perform better, cost less and produce more.
